1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the unique personal account created by a User upon successful registration with tk10, through which all gaming activities, financial transactions, and service interactions are conducted.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, or other incentive provided by tk10 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with tk10, accessing our website, or using any of our Gaming Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies and procedures referenced herein or made available through our platform. Your continued use of tk10 services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and tk10 regarding your use of our services. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with additional terms applicable to specific services (such as promotional terms for bonuses), the specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular service only.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance

You represent that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tk10 services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. tk10 does not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. You agree to indemnify tk10 against any claims arising from your violation of local gambling laws.

3.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with tk10, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may maintain only one (1) account with tk10. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or providing misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.4 Verification and KYC Procedures

tk10 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by tk10 to verify your identity, address, payment methods, and source of funds. Such documents may include government-issued identification, utility bills, bank statements, or other documentary evidence. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until verification is successfully completed.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. tk10 will never request your password via email, telephone, or any communication channel. You agree to immediately notify tk10 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. tk10 shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. You acknowledge that sharing account access or credentials with third parties violates these Terms and may result in account termination.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided to tk10 remains accurate and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur to your contact details, payment methods, or personal circumstances. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay transactions, prevent withdrawals, or result in account restrictions.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk10 accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers via BPI and BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name and accept that tk10 may refuse deposits or withdrawals made through third-party payment instruments.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through electronic payment methods such as GCash and Maya are typically processed instantly, allowing immediate access to funds for gaming purposes. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on your financial institution. tk10 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits and to refuse or reverse any deposit transaction that violates these Terms or raises security concerns.

5.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and may be processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours following approval, depending on the payment method selected. tk10 requires successful KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

tk10 operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal. Suspicious activity, including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without gameplay, may trigger additional verification requirements or transaction delays. tk10 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

5.5 Transaction Fees

tk10 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing costs. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties. tk10 is not liable for delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by tk10 utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by tk10 or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available for review and represent the theoretical statistical return over extended gameplay periods.

6.2 Gameplay Rules

You agree to play games in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game type. Game rules, paytables, and betting limits are displayed within each game interface. tk10 reserves the right to void any wagers placed in violation of game rules, including but not limited to wagers exceeding maximum bet limits during bonus play or wagers placed after a game malfunction.

6.3 Malfunction Voids Pays

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software defect, all affected game rounds and associated payouts are void. tk10 will investigate reported malfunctions and make reasonable efforts to resolve any resulting disputes fairly. Any winnings incorrectly credited due to technical errors may be deducted from your account balance upon discovery.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7.1 Promotional Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by tk10 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly disclosed at the time of the promotional offer. Not all players may be eligible for all promotions. tk10 reserves the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers based on gameplay patterns, account status, or other factors at our sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by tk10 are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the promotional terms. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100% while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

tk10 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account termination. tk10's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

8. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using tk10 services:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, or tools to interact with the tk10 platform or place wagers
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, payment reversals, or using stolen payment instruments
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
• Using VPN services or other tools to conceal your location or bypass jurisdictional restrictions
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward tk10 staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the tk10 platform
• Money laundering or using tk10 services to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Allowing minors or prohibited persons to access your account

Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, text, photographs, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the tk10 platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of tk10 or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The tk10 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tk10 and may not be used without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tk10 platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any Content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tk10, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of tk10 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to tk10 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your tk10 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. tk10 is not obligated to maintain inactive accounts indefinitely and may close dormant accounts after a reasonable period of inactivity.

11.2 Involuntary Termination

tk10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail verification procedures, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to tk10 services will be immediately revoked, and any bonuses or pending bets will be forfeited. tk10 will return any remaining real money balance to you following deduction of any amounts owed to tk10, subject to successful completion of withdrawal verification procedures.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of tk10 services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

13. Amendments to Terms

tk10 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of tk10 services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Material changes may be communicated via email or notification on the tk10 platform.

If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and discontinue use of tk10 services. Continued use of our platform following amendments indicates your binding acceptance of the modified Terms in their entirety.
